dc.description.abstract	In this study it was described synthesis of new C-21 esters of fluocinolone acetonide with alpha-alkoxyalcanoic and alpha-aryloxyalkanoic acids. Esterification with these branched oxyacids has to improve benefit-risk ratio. All synthesized compound were shown some topical anti-inflammatory activity.	en
