In silico metode u toksikologiji podrazumevaju upotrebu kompjuterskih metoda koje omogućavaju analizu i predviđanje toksičnosti supstanci, pri čemu mogu usmeriti dalja eksperimentalna istraživanja. Sulforafan (SFN) je organosumporna supstanca iz grupe izotiocijanata, prisutna u povrću krstašica.
