dc.description.abstract | Rosmarinic acid is a dominant component in the extracts of Satureja kitaibelii (Gopčević et al., 2019). It is reported that rosmarinic acid has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antimutagenic activity (Petersen et al., 2003). The aim of this study was to develop an optimal model by using RSM (response surface methodology) and ANN (artificial neural network) approach which can describe the influence of ethanol concentration, temperature and time on the extraction of rosmarinic acid from aerial parts of S. kitaibelii. | sr |
