dc.description.abstract | Simple, fast, and reliable procedures are presented for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate, neomycin sulfate, ketoconazole, and coenzyme Q(10) in different pharmaceutical formulations (capsules, solutions, emulsions, and creams). Different HPTLC layers, mobile phases, and methods of detection were used. The methods were validated and compared. The advantages of HPTLC methods are discussed. | en |
