Abstract
In this work results of model creams investigation containing polymeric emulsifier in the form of „Liquid Dispersion Polymers”, Salcare® SC 91 (Sodium acrylates/paraffinum liquidum/PPG-1 Trideceth-6; 3 % (m/m)) and 30 % (m/m) of different polarity oil phases (paraffin, light liqiud; medium-chain triglycerides and almond oil) are presented. For physico-chemical characterization and physical stability assessment of prepared creams investigations of appearance, physical stability, pH value and electrical conductivity alongside with rheological measurements (rotational and oscillatory) in the period of three months were performed. All the tested samples had good macroscopic behavior and physical stability and their pH values were acceptable for topical application. Rheological measurements revealed that oil phase type had great influence on applicative characteristics and stability of emulsion systems. Model cream samples prepared with more polar oil phases had better stability than cream ...containing less polar phase.

U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja model kremova izrađenih sa polimernim emulgatorom u formi tečne disperzije, Salcare® SC 91 (Natrijum Akrilat Kopolimer/Tečni parafin/PPG-1 Tridecet-6; 3 % (m/m)) i 30 % (m/m) masne faze različite polarnosti (tečni laki parafin, trigliceridi srednje dužine lanca i bademovo ulje).
